In London, she spent significant time working in Public Sector. She worked in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in 2008 during the credit crisis and spent most of her time advising many business owners. MPs and policy makers regarding business and finance matters.

Prior to her appointment as a Director of Evago, she was on secondment to the Department for Environment. Food and Rural Affairs where she was part of an elite team that created the Marine Management Organisation which is the new government department that deals with all of Britain’s marine concerns including its territorial waters, lakes, fisheries policies and coastal areas.

Agnese currently manages the Investor and External Relations function at Evago Global Capital, where she manages our relationships with investment partners and other key partners in the public and private sectors across the globe.
She is a well rounded business executive with great experience in sales, marketing, business development, operations and international business strategy.

Ade Ahmadu • Chief Operations Officer

Ade is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in strategy and transformation, specialising in the financial, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. He boasts a proven track record of spearheading £10m+ projects, enhancing operational efficiencies, and driving profitable growth. His strategic acumen was honed at Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook), where he led large-scale, high-impact projects that markedly improved business processes and outcomes.

Prior to his tenure at Meta, Ade served as the Global Finance Transformation Programme Manager at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where he was instrumental in leading business change initiatives across 75 markets. Nkechi Joyce Arizor • HEAD OF BANKING

Nkechi Joyce Arizor is a seasoned banker with over 31 years’ experience.

Nkechi started her Banking career with Equitorial Trust Bank in 1991 as a Graduate Teller. During her ten years stay in the Bank, she worked in the Cash unit, Accounts Department, over three years as Head of Clearing, Investigation/ Inspection officer and Customer Service Manager before moving to Standard Trust Bank as a Customer Services Manager/ Branch Operations Manager in Allen and Oba Akran Offices.

After the merger with UBA Plc in 2005, she was made a Branch Cluster Manager/ Area Operations Manager for Festac area with 37 Business Offices reporting to her in Branch Operations. She also acted in this capacity for Ilupeju Area with 25 offices and Ikeja Area with 38 offices.

In 2016, Nkechi was made the Chief Operating Officer of UBA Nigeria (South Bank) with over 450 offices reporting to her in Operations and supervision of over 1800 ATMs.

Nkechi became a Regional Director in May 2019 She tripled the Region’s performance in six months from =N-15m to =N=46.8m to clinch her nomination as a Country Head in Liberia.

Nkechi is the Immediate Past Managing Director of UBA Liberia and under her leadership, UBA clinched the most coveted Bankers’ Award as the Best Bank in Liberia for three consecutive years; 2020, 2021 and 2022 She also won a lot of awards and accolades in Liberia.
